Take a day trip to Parkville, River City, USA on April 27th, 2006 beginning at 9:00 am at  the church.  We'll go underground and see the lost tunnels of the old Park University and stop for a rest at "Living Water Christian Church", our outpost at Parkville, founded by our own Rev. Laura Guy!  Cost will be announced soon.

We are the group at Countryside that is putting the F.U.N. into being fifty-five or older. F.U.N. stands for Fellowship, United in Christ, and Nutrition--physical, spiritual and social.  The Senior Council strives to create ministries for senior adults that provide an environment that fosters fellowship, Christ's presence and care for each other.  Those serving on the counsel are:  Barbara and Otis Sanders, Frieda Miner, Richard and Judy Salts, Bonnie Starkey, Mary Jean Hinnen-Moderator and Gary Armour as advising minister.  We welcome suggestions and ideas for future Fun-Ager events!
